SoOakland Collective office hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. PST. Please submit all requests by Thursday at 6:00 p.m. PST.
There is a $25 fee(per post) to advertise your event/business on our calendar. If your event is more than one day, you will be billed $25 per day. This fee also includes one standard INSTAGRAM POST & ONE FACEBOOK POST
We suggest submitting events at least two weeks in advance of the event date. Events submitted less than one week in advance will receive a $10 late fee. Business promo will not receive a late fee
The weekly e-blast is sent every Thursday at 7:15 p.m. PST.
To submit your event for advertisement, send the below information to SOOAKSUBMISSIONS@GMAIL.COM
with your event title as the email subject and indicate what you’d like to purchase( INSTAGRAM POST AND HOW MANY TIMES YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE POSTED) Once received, we will send you an invoice via PayPal. Once the invoice is paid, we will post your event within 1-3 business days.
Do not send your submission in all caps. If you do, it will be sent back to you.
SOOAKLAND will determine all final edits. There are no refunds.
*EVENTS THAT DO NOT APPROVE TO OUR GUIDELINES WILL NOT BE APPROVED. SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE SUBMITTED IF IT DOES NOT FIT SOOAKLAND STANDARDS. ( No violence, overly sexual flyers ,bad quality flyers,or events that are similar to a Sooakland events thrown on same day , this is considered Conflict of Interest etc)
